Q: Can I make a change to the project once work has begun?
A: It depends on the type of change and when the request occurs during the production, but typically you can do this. Please note that such changes can greatly impact the cost and timing of the results. Kindly inform us as soon as possible of any requested changes before final measurements are obtained.
Q: How can I receive an estimate?
A: You must physically visit the shop to receive a free estimate from our team.
Q: Can I choose the supplier for the project?
A: Yes, you are able to choose your supplier for the materials. Kindly inform us at the beginning of the meeting.
Q: How do I maintain / clean my countertops & surfaces?
A: We recommend that you only use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth to clean the tops. To protect the backsplash around stove tops from heat / grease, we recommend using a foldable splatter shields or installing stainless steel panels.
Q: Can I put hot pans / plates directly on the surface?
A: We highly recommend not to directly place heated materials on top of the surface. Note that granite materials can withstand high heat. For quartz and marble materials, you must use trivets / table protectors to avoid thermal shock or discolouration.
Q: Are plumbing, electrical, or material maintenance covered under your installation service?
A: Our services strictly cover the fabrication and installation of your stone surfaces. We are not responsible for plumbing reconnections, electrical wiring, or any subsequent trade work. Additionally, our installation warranty does not cover stone damage, staining, or etching caused by improper care, accidental impact, or the use of unapproved cleaning chemicals once our team leaves the site. Note that this is included within our contracts once signed.
